Rachel Swaner is the research director at the Center for Court Innovation. She has led local and national research and evaluation projects related to children's exposure to violence, gun violence, violence prevention, and youth and adults in the sex trade. She has extensive experience conducting participatory action research, particularly with high-risk populations. She teaches at NYU's Wagner School of Public Service and is a board member for the Participatory Budgeting Project.
