The 18th National Indian Nations Conference is now open, presented by the Office for Victims of Crime, will be held December 10–13, 2024, at the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Reservation in Palm Springs, California.
This conference will focus on the unique needs of American Indian and Alaska Native crime victims and provide training for victim service providers; law enforcement officials; prosecutors; judges; medical and mental health professionals; social workers; and victim advocates at the Tribal, federal, state, and local levels.
Our distinguished keynote speakers include D.J. Eagle Bear Vanas, Ottawa Tribe; David Adams, Sault Ste. Marie Band of Chippewa Indians; Kola Shippentower, Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation; and Frank Waln, Lakota Nation.
