Jasmine Engleton, Ph.D., is a community psychologist, gender-based violence scholar, and evaluator dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence. With extensive experience researching survivors from diverse backgrounds, she employs a trauma-informed approach to identify solutions and promote healing. Dr. Engleton currently works at JIRN, where she serves as a principal investigator on an evaluation project examining how two domestic violence organizations use flexible funding models to enhance survivor safety, housing stability, and well-being. In this role, she bridges the gap between researchers and practitioners, advancing knowledge on victimization and harm reduction strategies.
