My research focuses on the intersections of work with families experiencing poly victimization related to interpersonal and institutional violence including poverty, inmate partner violence, sex trafficking, child abuse, and incarceration. My research and work promotes resilience, recovery, and social justice in collaboration with victim-survivors and community-based local agencies. I conduct qualitative (ethnography, case studies, community-based participatory, narrative, etc.) research primarily and program evaluations.
