Erin Frey is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. Her research examines how individuals respond to, and recover from, transgressions in organizations. To explore this topic, she uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, longitudinal surveys, experiments, and archival data analysis). She has conducted research in a variety of settings, including the military, educational institutions, and governmental agencies.
