BIO
I am an experimental researcher trained in social psychology and organizational behavior. The main themes of my work are social justice, ethics, and morality, and in particular, the aftermath of interpersonal transgressions. I study interpersonal transgressions (violations involving victims and transgressors, offenders). I am particularly interested in how people attempt to resolve ethical transgressions through offender punishment, victim compensation, apologies, and forgiveness, and the ways in which these attempts can backfire.
