Ms. Feeley is a Senior Research Associate at ICF with six years of experience in social science research. She has experience at ICF managing the Evaluation of the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) Wraparound Victim Legal Assistance Network (WVLAN) Demonstration Project, acting as Co-PI for the Victim Legal Network of DC, and managing two statewide needs assessments and working on several large-scale, multi-year initiatives, evaluations, and reviews, including the Evaluation of the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC). Ms. Feeley conducts a range of data collection activities, including phone and on-site interviews, facilitating stakeholder meetings, writing final reports, and developing interview and survey protocols. Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Feeley worked as a Site Coordinator for the Treatment Research Institute and was responsible for coordinating a large multi-year research project investigating whether Screening Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) could be effective in reducing substance abuse among adolescents.
